Pete George
Pete George (aka “The Axe Thrower”) is an experienced axe coach and business consultant.
He currently provides axe throwing consultancy to axe throwing businesses worldwide, in addition to publishing The Axe Thrower online magazine.
He established the Eat Sleep Axe urban axe throwing experience in Cheltenham before moving to North Somerset in 2024. In 2025, he launched Somerset Axe Throwing with the aim of promoting axe throwing in the county:

A mobile axe throwing business that can be run all over the county seemed the perfect way to do that. Axe throwing is a fun sport for all ages, and I’m looking forward to helping more folks to try it out.”
Before turning his passion for axe throwing into a business venture, Pete had a successful career as a business consultant, coach and trainer, working mainly with large international tech businesses in the UK, Belgium, Canada, Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt.
